We are on our way home as I write this. It seems strange to be riding in a car after so many weeks on the boat. It seems even stranger not to be surrounded by water. ... cruising without being buffeted about by the winds. We decided that we will keep the bimini down until we make Florida. Anchorage was peaceful with only the birds and a beaver swimming by to keep us company. White Stone Inn was just across the way from our anchorage. Our first night on the water was very peaceful. I like peaceful nights on the boat.
