Bryce's first field trip! Mommy and Brycie had a great time at the pumpkin patch, where Bryce played in the corn boxes, jumped on the bounce pad, and ran through the maze. ... a couple of beers in an old-school bar before taking the bus over the golden coloured Tower Bridge (as voted by the surrounding residents) leading to the State Capitol building (see photo). I was a little underwhelmed by the city, but have since been back in the evenings when things get a little livelier. It is nevertheless not what you would expect of the capital city of a state as large as California, a characteristic it shares with Nevada's capital city, Carson City.
