Now we officially started our Route 66 self-guided tour. We began from Tucumcari, NM with the hopes of checking out their dinosaur museum. Unfortunately, the museum was closed due to it being a Monday as well as a holiday. The rest of the city was not impressive so we decided to move on back to TX via the historic Route 66.
