... the other things that I enjoy about wandering around the planet were no longer wowing me. I was tired. One of the perils of long term travel is to think that it's just one long vacation but really you have to approach it a bit more like a job and remember to take weekends off and and enjoy an occasion mini vacation. My self-imposed schedule didn't leave enough time for a week or 2 of vacation so I kept going.

When we arrived in Winter Park, we found plenty of new snow and even fresh stuff falling from the sky. We went in and bought tickets at the base of the ski resort. Luckily Lloyd had a two for one ticket coupon for Winter Park Resort for Vlad and I that he got from the Entertainment guide. He had a season ski pass since he was one of those lucky guys that lives out there and goes on weekends or ditches work ...

... like the first time. What did I learn then that could help me now? I'm having a hard time remembering, which is encouraging me all the more to get serious about journaling everything. I'm constantly surprised with how much I wish I would have written down to help reference things I'm doing in life right now.
