Today was the fastest day ever. We only had 53 miles! Wahoo! And it went by in a breeze. First, we hit the 2,000 mile mark (see pictures). About 3 miles in we had to pull over because I had to pee (we tend to do this just off the side of the road, the other riders create a wall). Next, we took a picture with the Dodge City cowboys. Today was a cake walk in comparison to the past many days on the bike. The 53 mile jaunt into Garden City started out early this morning. I was accompanied by Tyler, Lorraine and Lauren. ... always we were so hungry....Then back to the motel got some post cards done, phone calls and it was time to think about dessert....so off to DQ only to find it was closed so the next place was McDonalds for a Mc Flurry.....Our day was complete and we were tired.....
