The Seven Vietnamese Families
... Sorry I didn't take pictures but they were really pretty! The second thing we do is eat! Vietnamese egg rolls. This was so neat. You wet a plastic circle, it softens and you just add whatever you want on it. Dig in!

The Creation Museum

We took our pre-made peanut butter sandwiches out into the museum's extensive gardens (8 different bridges - floating, suspension, arch....) The season was wrong to fully enjoy these gardens though. We saw a banner on the side of a water tower announcing "Y'all Florence" - I still have not figured out what this means, but y'all features prominently in local speech. We had to start really listening to what people said to understand them and start speaking slower to help reduce the glazed looks on people's faces when we spoke to them....
