    ... and steamed potatoes (no butter or sour cream). Felt more like a proper meal. if any food is left on your plate, you are offered a box to take it away. i stripped the meat off the bones when we got back to the motel - lunch for tomorrow.

    Finding bread rolls has been a bit tricky. We have had wraps for the last 2 days as an alternative.

    Visited the old lighthouse in St Ignace before going back to the motel. Off south tomorrow

    ... into Canada was quite long at times. They are doing lots of roadwork on the US side of the bridge. The bridge is very high above the water to allow boats to go through.

    Had lunch in the carpark of the welcome centre. Again could not find a bakery or buy just 2 rolls in the supermarket. Had wraps today - ham, tomato and some of the Wisconsin cheese that Madge gave us. The cheese still has the orange colour we saw last time but these cheeses ...

    ... about their travels. A couple from Germany was parked behind us last night. They had their RV shipped over and have been traveling for 16 months. In a few weeks they will ship it back to Germany and fly home. Our tentative plan is to arrive at Niagra FallsThursday or Friday. We have all been before but none of us has taken the boat ride into the falls, so now we will. Then on through New York onto Vermont, etc. Love to all! Miss everyone! Life Is ...

    ... was our last evening in Canada.

    On August 1, we arrived at Drummond Island where we cleared US customs in less than half an hour. We were interviewed on the cockpit of the boat, given our clearance number and were on our way to Detour Harbor Marina, back in US waters.     ... charge from Trump Center in Mexico. Both were denied and the account flagged. Visa feels like these were test charges to see if they would be honored. Took about 2 hours to get the account canceled and arrange for new cards to be sent to the campground by Friday. Soooo... Change your passwords.
