    ... beautiful here in a scenic valley, lovely weather and plenty of shops.We had a hamburger for dinner, delicious and then picked up a nice bottle of wine and a couple of beers to enjoy back in our room.
    I'm hoping I can upload some photos tomorrow if I have the right cord.Really missing Tori, Nick and Sam and Harley but looking forward to the holiday ahead

    ... day, he got an understanding of how to stand on the paddle board. Also, to his advantage the water was very calm today. He had a great surfing lesson with 2-3 very cool surfs. One of them is posted below for viewing.

    Finally we headed back to Fremont, CA. We arrived at night by around 8 PM. Tired, but relaxed and fully rejuvenated ( if you know what we mean).That’s it.

    After a very smooth flight, during which we admired the beautiful view from the plane, we had a bumpy start to renting a car that we had already reserved. They wanted $300 more than the price they had quoted over the telephone. After an hour argument, we managed to get 3 days free rental but still had to shorten rental time as doing the trip on a tight budget, we were not sure if we could afford it.
