... when we asked for a table, the lady told us we'd have to wait an hour and a half which would have been cutting it pretty fine... We umed and arred a bit and then she told us we could eat at the bar if we could find a spot so we went for that option and struck Gold... There was a little table for two around the bar area that people had just left so we quickly jumped on that and were served just as if we would have been in the restaurant.. I went for the 12oz rib ...

... might have been able to turn around, but as it was, there were several cars there. My only choice seemed to be to back all the way back down the hill and park in the church square. Still not knowing what the stairs I hit looked like, or even where they were, I did not relish that idea in the least.

Sitting at one of several outdoor tables, on a patio across for the hotel, was a small group of who we later learned were fellow hotel guests, ...

... got us back on the proprty search. In town we spotted two other properties so went off to find the local agent. He spoke no English so the next hour or so were interesting. I'd asked about one place but he got the keys for another on the same street. One was very old and a big project. The second was fully renovated and very nice but too expensive. Then he showed a third, a new build flat. The search will continue....
