... had a lovely hotel breakfast – half the price yet very nearly as good as the buffet breakfast at Tenaya Lodge. (I of course had another bacon meat mountain.)

Still reeling from last night’s exciting bear experience we checked out and got in the car to say a sad goodbye to Yosemite and begin our journey to Anaheim. Ten years later we arrived… Seriously, that’s what it feels like.

... tickets out to Anaheim, costing $30ea return.
We couldn't believe we had to wait not 5, 10 or 30 minutes, but 80, for the next train towards Disneyland. Plus, that train was to be delayed 15minutes. If that's not painful enough, we were about to be introduced to a stupid seating policy. After everyones seated, the driver makes an announcement; the bottom level of the train is only for the disabled. Further, all four seat arrangements are only allowed for groups of 3 or more? ...

... what a great big sister she is! She will be getting a reward afterwards. William manages to get his lightsabre to activate just before the forces of the dark side appear and the kids each get to spar either Darth Vadar or Darth Maul. William gets to take on Darth Vadar as the special last kid as well! So all in all, we thankfully managed to avert a sibling disaster with one going to the Jedi Training Academy and the other not. ... to the line to do it again, it appeared they enjoyed it. Ewan screamed the whole way round and Sebastian tried to do it with his arms in the air but couldn't quite make it through.
