After discovering another great NYC diner for breakfast we organised tickets to go to Woodbury Common in New Jersey (1 hr) to the premium shopping outlets. We caught the subway over to the Port Authority building and cut it pretty fine to catch the bus in time, luckily it was running 5 mins late! A pretty easy bus ride down and into the shopping. ... of the theatre about 12 rows from the front. The musical was brilliant - very funny and the costumes and scenery were amazing. Cinderella and the fairy godmother both did costume changes on stage which totally amazed everyone in the audience. And the ending was not at all what we expected. The storyline had been changed, but in a good way. We caught the train home and were really surprised at the lack of traffic on Broadway when we came out ...

Up at 8am. Met Fiona and her cousin in law Berryn (Bezzy) at Columbus Circle Subway Red Line at 0930.

We caught the A line Subway to 14th St to have a wander through the High Line which is an elevated old freight rail line that has been transformed into a free public parkland on Manhattan's West side near the Meat Packing District. We then walked through the Chelsea Markets and had coffee with an almond croissant.

... Airport. I slept for about 4 hours and watched two movies on the plane, the trip went quickly.

It was a quick stop in Melbourne then a short fly to Brisbane Airport. I ate quite a bit on the plane and watched movies until we landed in Brisbane Airport. I slept for an hour

Touch down in Brisbane Airport and I got my luggage very quickly and headed to catch a taxi. The weather was perfect and I knew I was home.
