    ... a big piece, but when you could get mouthful of the tofu, sea urchin and wasabi together, it was very tasty. Our second course was three types of sashimi two fish that a looked a little like the snapper that I had for breakfast and some scallop. This was served with wasabi and a salad of sea vegetables, with soy for dipping the fish in.
