    ... minutes before we were due to leave thunder and lightning started and incredibly heavy rain. I can't say much about the gardens, but have put in some photos.

    ... a heart attack (kids, ask for story). On the way back we stopped at a supermarket for snacks. I would love to live in a place where you can buy a still-warm chocolate croissant for 40c!     We also stopped in at the Impressionist Art Museum just up the street. Good but not great.

    The sun was setting so we decided to head home for the day. Dayna made French Onion soup from scratch in our little kitchen and it was better that the two bowls we've had in restaurants here. Go figure!

    Tomorrow we ge to Versailles.

    ... probably weren't in every room, though, and having a real bathtub is good for travel weary feet and backs. A little misunderstanding when we checked out...they neglected to mention the breakfast buffet wasn't free. We were glad we had seconds, might send an email about that.
