I say I walked around NN, but it was mainly counting bridal parties who were doing photoshoots down by the Volga or on a green patch on a hill overlooking the city.

... some attitude, but gave the coins back. I later learned that Jess not having any more money was just an act, she was just limiting the damage. Smart girl. So all up it cost us $10 each to get the taxi, but I was still annoyed that we knew it was coming, took precautions, and still got ripped. A toasted chicken wrap and an apricot danish later, for just 200, and I felt a little better, but that damn taxi driver could buy 3 of those for a 10 minute drive, ублюд ...

I arrived shortly after 11am on Friday 12th July, into one of Moscow's train stations; where mum, dad and Diney met me. I wanted to buy my onwards ticket to St Petersburg straight away, so that I wouldn’t have to think about it later. The first hurdle was finding a ticket office, and the right one at that.
