Latvia We travelled to Riga from Tallinn by a Lux Express, the same company we used to get from St Petersburg to Tallinn. The buses are very comfortable, with reclining seats, lots of leg room and complimentary coffee. We found them a hassle free way of traveling inter-city In Riga we had a day and a half to look around. Riga straddles the Daugava River, which is very wide at this point. ... part.
