    Tbilisi is a very interesting place, I have heard it described as the next Prague. Perhaps, but think it is the Prague of maybe 20 years ago. The old town is once again is an aging shabby chic, where old buildings are beautifully crumbling, but I do wonder what will happen if money is not pumped into the area. Will it just crumble?     Walker Stephens sometimes felt sad that he'd lost two-thirds of his money in a Georgian casino.
