    ... the National Symphony of Georgia. The food has been wonderful. This afternoon, the National Geographic photographer held a workshop for us. Then we went to a lecture at the National Museum and learned lots of history trivia. They have been mining gold since the second century BC and produced some amazing and ancient works. Tonight we ate in a local restaurant known for authentic Georgian cuisine. Yum!
