... room in Almaty was a feel-good place. When we were called for boarding, we noticed a distinct change, as we made the transition from Almaty to Atyrau. We were ushered down a flight of stairs into an overcrowded room at the exit door. We were actually backed up the stairs for some time until the crowd started to move.
