... look after us and who also themselves seemed to enjoy our visit. It started with us entering the summer ger ( wood floor and dirt floor) and the women sitting to the left and the men to the right. We were served the traditional horse mare's milk, curd in different forms and something like clotted cream. This was followed by two lots of alcohol (arkhi) again made from some sort of curd by a distilling process which we were shown but I didn't understand. Didn't like it ...

... Before we had been to a beer place which also was a let down with tasteless warm beer. Didn't stop John from having two though. And i was 'good' and kept up with him with red wine.
