    ... our campsite last night to find that we had an uninvited guest.. As creepy as that sounds, don't worry! It was just a black bear! Not some creepy old man or something. But I actually saw a BEAR! I've never seen one in the wild before and neither have Taryn or Aimee, so naturally, we were freaking out. We were told California only has black bears, which are not aggressive at all, but they search campsites for food every night. If ...

We did see two rental campers barrelling in the other direction and Gary quietly commented that they didn't have to explain any damage to their father-in-law!! We got back to the centre of town and checked out the shops, mainly ski rental and sales (not sure what they would sell in the summer) We also drove up to the skiifield and found that there was plenty of parking for RV's.
