We came into town yesterday late afternoon courtesy of our friend Swig and his mom. He lives local to the area so he will be enjoying some time back home and then hop back on trail. His mom was extremely friendly and invited us to their house thus evening to share in their BBQ party in honor ...

Everyone fit but just barely. There was a little bit of tent stake overlap but everyone ...

We met him and told him we had never been there. He asked if we wanted any information on the meadow. So we said yes. There was also another man there, both in their 60s/70s.

There were sitting by a small pool with small waterfall from the creek/stream in the meadow. They said it was a healing pool, and you could put your feet ...

    Chest Trauma

A travel blog entry by gdsanner on May 21, 2014

... drug. We learned how to administer oxygen, use airway control device both in the mouth and nose, and finally how to use a bag-valve mask. After lunch, we did another scenario, again using what we have learned so far, except oxygen. We then learned about chest trauma and how it affects breathing. This means we learned about collapsed lungs and rib injuries. We did another ...
