    ... Steve, Barnsey and myself.
    The format was we ride some trails and then when it came to a climb Lyndon would demonstrate and we'd all follow or it was deemed too technical only the A-Team would attempt it and the Pink Team would take the easier route round. The morning was going well but then Steve's clutch cable snapped and John had to return to base for a new one which left Lyndon on his own with both groups. Queue the chaos.

    ... From the street we were able to walk back to where the path starts towards the higher part of the mountain, and started going up. This was not easy, we ended up helping each other keep walking and taking frequent breaks. We felt a little crazy in doing it, but it was one of those climbs when you keep telling yourself you have no option but to go on, or you'll never get to see what's on top.
