Packing

Packing is a pain, what to take, what not to take. I usually take the right amount, but love to buy a few things as well. At the moment my suitcase weights 30 pounds, so have space for those treasured finds.

I spend the day organizing things and visiting with a friend.

I love travel, I don't like packing or getting there.

Yippee the suns out!!!!

We left the house around 8am as the sad day of departing with the car has arrived. We planned the route last night with Gerry as we were driving in during rush hour and we didn't want to get caught up in all the work traffic. As it happens we had a really smooth run,only took about an hour which I believe is pretty good.

Happy 80th Birthday Grandma and Happy Father's day :) Managed to call home briefly which was nice.

Had a relaxed wake up as didn't have to get up and rush around packing up. We sat and had breakfast with Sandy and Gerry before heading out to Hope for the day. This is one of the few places Andrew has said we have to go because it was where Rambo first blood was filmed and he wanted to get a picture by some sign, so off we set.

We got up early this morning around 7am as we needed to pack up and head over the Maple Ridge. Quite excited as spending the next few days with some of Mark's (my sisters husbands) family. I have met Sarah before when she was over traveling in England.
