Still not feeling good so first stop boots chemist for some cold remedies after which we headed for Freeport. There we met dad and Rena and enjoyed the next few hours talking, laughing and having lunch. Love spending time with them, they are such good company. Val went out with her girls in the evening but I opted to stay back and chill. An early night for ...

Simone and I spent the whole day in Norwich yesterday. I had my first taste of a cold day so was rugged up well. I have come down with a cold, so so much for my belief in Olive Leaf Tablets. It's not too bad though, just a few sniffles, so maybe they do work. We went into a lot of Charity Shops looking for a parka for me. Finally managed to get a really nice one for 7 pounds. I'm set now. As I am going to leave all the winter clothes here, it would be silly to go on a ...

... sun was shining. This was a good thing because Carmen and Robyn had spent a good part of the day catching up with the washing.

The sunshine was good on another count. Sebastian had his first play in the sandpit, using his new toys from Nanna and Grandpa!

We finished the day with a Thai takeaway and plenty of wine. It was our last meal with them until September.

... I went back to Ipswich and Leon decided that he would go back to London as we were going to be going to Tina's the next night.

He drove back arrived at Holly House in Victoria where we had stayed previously but it was full, went around the corner to another B&B, the room was aparently smaller than our Holly House room.

Both had a reasonably early night. Getting back together tomorrow to continue on our journey.
