    Well we've made it to Holland. We flew over from Leeds-Bradford and it was fantastic flying out of a regional airport. It wasn't very busy and it was easy to get to. KLM were good to fly with. Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam is huge, we even got a bus from where the plane landed to the terminal. It is very easy to get around though and we had no …

    Today we leave the Citizen M space pod an our very familiar Schiphol airport to fly over the Dutch polders, Copenhagen the bridge to Malmo and the intense farmlands of Sweden and into the attractive Helsinki. Pity we can't walk the city and gave yo stay in transit. We checked out of the Citizen M around 8.30 and walked 200m to the airport.     The smoked salmon appetiser at dinner was definitely the dish of the evening. They seem to do the appetiser well, and then things deteriorate. I tried pecorino risotto. I'm finding the risotto interesting - for an Italian ship, I would expect the risotto to be amazing, but so far I think mine (and any I've had at a restaurant in New Zealand) is about 100% better!
