We had the pleasure of traveling round trip to Chiang Mai by train.....spent 2 additional weeks in Chiang Mai, including experiencing the Songran Water Festival and ate everything in sight. Our last 5 days we splurged on a $32 per night, western standard hotel with rooftop pool on Kho San Road and got the final foot massage of our journey.
