... photos we walked closer to the Bay and discovered the "Ianto Shrine" at which Torchwood fans had left mementos and messages to a character who unforgivable died in the TV series.
Unfortunately the Dr Who Experience was closed (on Tuesdays) so we decided that we would go tomorrow but what to do today? We decided to walk back across the Marina Quay to Techniquest (like Scitech in Perth and Questacon in Canberra). We all had fun on the ...

Sophie on the Other hand was going to commit Harry Carry as soon as we got in there when the tour guide told us ...

After our interesting trip to Koh Phangang, we weren't really sure what to expect from our experience. According to reviews Mac the owner is really helpful and gives you lots of advice. That was most certainly not the case as who we thought was Mac spoke next to no English and nor did his entire extended family who worked with him. When you asked a question they looked at you like you ...

    The Wilds of Dowlais Top

There has been no let up from the howling winds & rain except for today which funnily enough has turned out to be okay. Dowlais Top & Gelligaer Common have no shortage of animals grazing the common land, here you'll see plenty of horses and of course Wales' favourite woolly companions....ahem...sheep. You'll also see cows up there and serve as a reminder of sunnier days spent in India...as our own cows here also believe they have the right to wander the ...
