They showed the evolution of how the Daleks and cyber men have changed since the 60s which I found pretty cool and there was even a tutorial video showing how to walk as a cyber man. Feeling elated as I walked out of the building, I walked around Mermaid Quay and had a look in some of the cute little shops then took the train back to the centre of Cardiff to meet Evelyn, my friend from Bath, at Cardiff Castle. I don't really like these seats as there's not much foot room but it was only an hour and a bit to Cardiff so I out up with it. I ended up chatting to the grandma and grandson opposite me which was nice. The grandma was talking with the boy about which station was next and which ones they'd stop at on the way. They even had a list to tick off each station along ...

Newport

Staying in the grounds of a stately (small) home for three nights. Nice walking in the park but Treacle has to be on the lead, rather frustrating for her as the place is crawling with squirrels. I spent my time learning to use my new GPS system onto which I have downloaded all the Ordnance Survey maps of the UK. It took me ages to work out how to use it but I think I am ...
