... pre 10 am too early for even the blue and yellow M&Ms).

A very social gutter party stop along the way gave us a great opportunity to catch up with some old and meet some new bashers. First sighting of Lake Hume before we arrived at Tallangatta for lunch at the hotel. ... the a fancy gym as a trial (with no intention of joining because it is hideously over priced). At this gym they have a machine that is basically a staircase on rotation. Yes, you can pay £80 a month to walk up stairs. Something you could do for free in your own home. Then we ran home (GMT) with a bag full of toilet rolls (like they do in the army) so we could get ready to go for dinner with AJ and MJ. MJ cooked up a veggie feast, 3 courses ...

... The river was flowing and rushing past and very beautiful. On the other side of our camp area was the western escarpment of the Snowy Mountains.

We went on a walk - a couple of kilometres where we drank in the beauty of the area. Also visited one of the huts. Wow. Photos will tell the story.

With the Satellite Dish out we were soon watching the news and settling in for the night.
