Our breakfast was pretty marginal at the overnight place so we had a food stop at Fornovo. After that it was onto more ordinary busy roads for most of the day. Once we had looked inside the Cathedral, which was under construction we headed back to the hotel. That night before dinner we made plans with the extra days we had and sorted our hotel reservations, train tickets and times. After a good nights rest we were ready to head out and see the sights of Milan again. With only the one full day left in our stay here, we needed to cram in as much as we could. Had fruit and brioche which we picked up from the supermarket the day before (called PAM) and then made the walk down to where the sightseeing bus tour operated. As today is a Sunday and is a national holiday in Italy, the city was a lot quieter then the day before! A lot warmer ...
