... under way. Everyone has their cabin. These are tiny, but each has a small bathroom. Apparently, most folks sleep on deck because it's hot in the cabins. We aren't really going to sail, even though these are sail boats. We will be motoring. From place to place. We are out about an hours when we stop in a lovely bay for lunch and a swim. The food is delicious and the water is perfect! It's an ...

... jumping on a minibus after dinner at 9pm and being driven to the next valley where the old boy issued us each with a security torch and pointed to the sign that read 'chimera, 1km' and an arrow. So that was the extent of the guidance! The Chimera is a space in the mountain where natural, volcanic gasses are beneath the surface, and when they seep out the ground the ignite. Allowing there to be flames all time of day and night! Quite impressive and rather strange. Legend has it that ...

... Two flat mattresses on the floor, that’s it. But it was cozy and very clean so we’re not picky. Again, reminders of my days in SE Asia. There wasn’t much to do other than a quick walk to a not so nice pebble beach, rest up, chill out, and book tickets out for the next day. So that’s what we did. With the fabulously salty memories still lingering, we made plans for our next delightful destination… Cappadocia, here we come.
