... that we really needed a bit of heat to get the muscle recovery going! So we headed to the sauna, and chose the hot program (there were two settings to choose from) after 15 minutes in the sauna and then a quick shower we were back in the pool for a bit before heading back to the room to relax. Emma went straight to the bath to soak and I headed back downstairs to get a beer before settling in on the private balcony to enjoy the majestic view and write some blogs! A while later ...

We arrived in Interlaken around 3pm, and we were greeted by foggy weather and light drips of rain. However, during the ride there, I have to say it was the most beautiful train ride I've been on. During the 3 hour train ride (in which we passed through Lucerne), we saw rolling mountains, hills, endless plains of grass, just everything you imagine Switzerland to be like. ... a perfect temperature. We were perfectly happy as the train smoothly meandered its way through the alpine trees situated on the beautiful banks of Lake Interlaken; we were awestruck at such a stunning landscape outside.

At Interlaken station we interchanged and took another train up to the hamlet of Lauterbrunnen, and then onto the ski resort of Wengen. It was just a little early for ski season here, but both places were incredibly clean and picturesque.

... just shook her head yes or no. So not everyone, as James and Josiah would say, are Jabber Jaws like us. After dropping our stuff in our room we went back down to the lounge area to use the Internet and let all you reading this know we were alive. As we sat there we watched several drunk people stumble in and out of the cabin, back and forth from the club. Some were lost and asking us where there room was or if we knew where the toilets were, and others seemed to be looking for ...
