... are so raw or something.... I don't know I never really got that sort of thing when I did art. If I like how it looks then I like it, I can appreciate skill but I don't think a photo of a face is trying to tell me anything. It reminded me of Tate Modern in London, me and my mum were walking around there and there was a big canvas painted one colour with a line down the middle. There were two people talking and one asked the other "What is ...

      Welcome to 2015

... posh and special, which was a nice change after weeks of knotted hair, baggy pants and heavy packs.

When we got home, I watched a video about 'awe.’ They used the definition ‘an experience of such perceptual vastness you literally have to reconfigure your mental models of the world to assimilate it.’ I am going to try harder to let myself be filled with more awe, because there are so many things worthy of awe on my journey so far, and so many things to ...

... with the 180 deg bends, cliff drop off and extremely steep sections both uphill and down. Our VW was struggling. Meeting buses along these roads..I was struggling too!

We arrived at our hotel about 5pm. It was a little tricky to find. It turns out Muhlbach and Hochkonig are two different places a couple of km apart. At one stage Tom Tom told us to turn right , which we obediently did, and ended up on the top of a mountain at someones house, the most windy ...
