      ... which means there are lots of options available for soaking sore muscles in mineral rich hot water pools. Ahhhh.... I will miss these probably more than anything else here.

The first hell was Umi Jigoku or blue hell which looked very pretty in the bright sunlight with patches of pure white snow all around the place. I was disappointed that my camera battery ran out.       ... to be a snow plough as she pulled it and an ever increasing snowball behind her. The tram was still running and after a rather chilly few minutes wait we piled aboard. The journey to the station was very pretty especially over the river and the snow stopped as we moved towards the station.
