Too bad we didn't get a picture to prove it because it seems physically impossible. We took in the food markets in Krabi, enjoying our go-to Thai meal, Tom Yum soup. The group then continued through the complex with various aspects of the Indian Buddhist Thai religion explained to us. After the Palace we made our way back to the Jetty and hoped onto our own private ...
... after taking in the Giant Swing (which was more of a giant goalpost due to an absence of any actual swing) we entered Wat Suthat. Here people were taking part in the Makah Bucha celebrations by carrying candles and lotus flowers around the ornate temple building, each circling three times. As well as giving thanks to the Buddha, the Dharma and the Sangha, the proceedings seemed to involve handing out ...
