      ... for maternity leave. Fitness is supported and it is a vegetarian friendly place. They pay a ton in taxes but it is evident the people have a high standard of living and they brag about it being the happiest country!

      Every evening we would sit up on deck of The Log Inn watching the sun set and lights come on in Stockholm. We'd listen to music (lots of ABBA) then go down to our cabin. So relaxing. ...

      ... guides are provided which work very well. The top floor exhibitions are homes & interiors, Swedish folk art, Sapmi (Sami Culture) and small things.

      The second floor exhibitions are traditions, table settings, toys & doll houses, jewellery and fashion.

      On the ground floor is the Folk-Hemmet apartment which is representative of the type of government housing in the mid 1900's.

      ... intense, fun piece of Scandinavia. Now we really do have to return to see all the parts we missed to include Finland.

      But here we move on to the third city of the triumvirate, Oslo, Norway. Join us in the next installment as our train breaks down mid-journey, in the middle of a rainstorm, late in the day, on a Sunday, with no other transportation in sight. Travel pros can handle it.

      ... for Immigrants) starts next Monday! Time couldn't be worse but I don't have much we will find a happy way to enjoy Stockholm together and independently.

      It was so busy that this entry was delayed...I hope to make some other blog posts about the wonderful week we had with Jen and family! And of course some photos.

      ... was in the van when we bought him in 2008. Before we left on this trip as we we're packing the van I picked up the cable and thought do we need this........oh boy I'm so happy I left it in the van. Suppose this is Banksy getting us back for not putting him on the road for the last 4 years.

      At the moment we are on the Baltic Princess cruising through the wonderful islands to Turku (Finland).

      Well I'm off to enjoy the lovely sunshine on the open deck.
