... 3 weeks mostly consisted of porridge, shakes, eggs, chicken and veggies I am not as ripped as I hoped I would be! Not even 1 ab on show, very disappointing! But I did enjoy all the topless, tattoo covered beef cakes walking around, with their awesome biceps and six packs, that made up for it!
