    Aches, pains, bruises and FOOD

    ... 3 weeks mostly consisted of porridge, shakes, eggs, chicken and veggies I am not as ripped as I hoped I would be! Not even 1 ab on show, very disappointing! But I did enjoy all the topless, tattoo covered beef cakes walking around, with their awesome biceps and six packs, that made up for it!

    My last day of training I had a group and private session, but unfortunately I woke up at 4am with my head in the toilet bowl, followed by "something else" ...

    ... the meat and added a little bit of water if the paste was too thick.

    After cooking, we could enjoy our prepared dishes in the beautiful dining area where they were set up at a nicely decorated table.

    At the end, we received a cooking certificate, yellow and massaman curry paste, as well as a cook book. The special apron was not available but will be send later.

    ... the larger ones. Her trainer was a lovely man in a cute Vietnamese style hat, who happily told us that he had been Ulva's trainer for a few years. We did a quick 30 minute walk around the forest and stopped for photos at the edge of the cliff (just as nervous doing it this time as I was last time!!).     A fabulous day in Phang Nga Bay, Thailand's most dramatic National Park that includes 42 sheer vertical islands that jut vertically out of the emerald blue waters of The Andaman Sea.
