Back in a port today, at Ravenna, Italy, as the cruise draws to a close.I seem to have a virus, so the day at sea yesterday was a very quiet one.It would have been easy to go nowhere today really, but battled on. We awoke this morning to thick fog in the valley, low cloud and rain! Welcome to Umbria! Just the apse of the church still has mosaics but they are spectacular - wonderful vibrant greens and beautiful scenes. we had a leisurely lunch outdoors beside the church and caught the bus back to town. It has been warm and sunny today which makes it so much nicer and we had some delicious ice cream on the way home.
