... and we were on our way at 9:30. It was a pretty straightforward drive through the Victorian countryside. Lots of citrus farms around Mildura to start with and then open farmland. We stopped for lunch at Sea Lake and ate sitting on a picnic table in a new looking picnic and information area next to the caravan park (pretty much an area of grass) which was very clean. ... just as well, as the free camp site was getting filled up pretty quickly! Dad parked the Sunliner at the entrance so that a couple more motor homes could get in as well.We ended up with our own private little courtyard, which was lovely.

For us our Eurail pass worked a treat.... 60 day continuous unlimited use.
You travel first class which means much less crowding and more room and comfort.
We purchased both the London Pass and the Paris Pass these don't come cheap and we think they are a waste of money.
They did include a travel pass component for each city which is very convenient but you can pre -purchase this alone before you arrive in ...

Day 94 (29 Jul 2013)

Lightning and thunder storms overnight with thick fog this morning all the way to Bendigo.
Could not see more than 30mtrs in front of the vehicle.

Arrived at The Gold Nugget Tourist Park around 11:00am and set up camp, $29.70 per night with member discount.

Visited the information centre to get some tourist info on Bendigo. Booked to go on the talking tram tour tomorrow.
