... Dean and I decided that because he had both hands on the wheel and wasn't on his phone that he had obviously not trained at the Positano bus drivers school!!! I'm looking forward to a bit of R n R here. Don't want to go to the Volcano just want to chillax here and look at it (just in case). We are considering hiring a ATV they look like fun... LUXURY STAY FOR 1!

... this is the ******* life. Yes Santorini is beautiful but from arrival it is simply a scattering of villages perched on the cliffs giving the impression the tips of the island are full of snow. Today we woke up to another beautiful morning with the sun shining and it was 31 degrees. We went and had buffet style breakfast of bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms and orange juice followed by fruit and cereal.

We decided to rent a quad bike for two days and within 5 minutes of enquiring at the desk, our bike had arrived at the hotel. We got kitted up like Starsky and Hutch with our helmets on and after a quick run down ...

... pool was refreshingly cool after sitting in the warm sun reading our books and it was such a relaxing and peaceful morning. For lunch, we walked into Imereovigli and found a little taverna that served local cuisine, and we each had a pork souvlaki. It took a while to come out but it was worth the wait - it tasted delicious and went well with my Greek wine and Lachie's beer. Lachie bought me a cute bracelet for my birthday and we found a little bakery ...
