We wanted to catch the sunset there but it was too cloudy, so we headed back to Thira for dinner and cocktails (Santorini's cocktails are expensive and usually quite disgusting- I don't recommend). We headed back into town that afternoon for lunch and more shopping. While ...

... theatre (which occupies 3 levels in the bow of the ship) to try a show. We arrived as they were doing the between shows bingo (who knew bingo was so big on Med Cruises? Especially when the average age on board is probably 40, not 60). Most impressed with the bingo announcer, he’d call each number in 4 languages as well as it going on the huge screen. Sad to say no one won the 25000E prize (bingo within the first 40 numbers) but ...

... to the main town of Fira. We had briefly entertained thoughts of walking but that changed when we saw how high it was! On our first night we head to Oia for the sunset, we initially thought we were a little early until we saw all the eager photographers camping on the best spots. I did manage to get some good photos but having to fight the crowds made it less romantic. Thankfully Grace was very ...
