Our first morning in Cracow dawned clear, a good omen, and we took our trial ride in the city -- an easy couple hours on their marvelous bike path system, giving us ample opportunity to check out the gears, the brakes, the saddle settings, and oh yes, beautiful views of the Vistula. We stopped by some of the university buildings, Wawel Castle redux …

... right on the edge too so we popped in for a break and had a coffee and a pice of apple slice. 13 zloty all up so about 3euro for the slice and two coffees which is super cheap considering there are no other cafés there to compete with. Arriving back home we cooked up a vege soup brith with some noodles and fresh bread from the bakery. All the ingredients cost €5 and it was really yum! We have been craving veggies flat out lately so it's nice to be able to cook when we ...

... search of the I AMsterdam sign. It was quite wet and jason and I both saw two men slide. Out on their scooters as they were turning corners. It was our last night so we went to our fav "burger zaken" shop for dinner and then went for some drinks. I bought some little key rings for 1euro each as souvenirs and my awesome Holland clog slippers for 10 euro... Have been loving wearing this around on the colder ...

Up early today as we have so much site seeing to do!!! We decide to walk most of it as from our hostel we were only 5km to the Eiffel Tower but there were lots of things to see along the way. We pinched some rolls from brekky with butter and jam so we ate those along the way for lunch (we weren't very excited for them but they turned out to be delicious!!!) We started off toward the catacombs which we waited in line for for about an hour (they only let 200 people in at a time) it ...

      Disneyland!!!

A travel blog entry by whelan_89 on Dec 02, 2014

The night we stayed in marsielle I was trying to buy tickets from lyon to paris when I realised you have to go passed the station where Disneyland is to get there. We figured it would be rude not to go haha so we booked our Disney land tickets and went today. It was 70 pound for both of our entry tickets and we got a free sandwich and drink each so I thought it cheap. We left our luggage at the lockers in the station for the day ...
