The great thing about our weird, space age hotel was the great buffet breakfast. Having not eaten much at the horrible restaurant the night before we were starving! ... down the stairs fairly quickly! Bill and Margie, however had packed so much - they had 4 large bags between them! They were only staying in Italy for 2 weeks and had way much more luggage than us!! So Peter helped them while I watched our bags. The station was just opposite the "beach". ... it had actually been there the whole time disguised as one of three local taxis. At certain times of the day, it magically transforms into the free shuttle. Anyway, 10 minutes of swirly, windy hilly road we arrived our our hotel. It was perched up on the hill with a massive valley down behind it, surrounded in trees and bush.
