Hey so I'm making a travel blog!! How exciting!
So, I will begin with the plane ride.. surprisingly it was a very easy flight for me, which doesn't usually happen. I popped a drowsy gravol and slept the majority of the way. Safe to say the girl I was sitting beside.. also on the trip, very nice.. was envious of the amount of sleep I got. ...

The Ice Palace was stunning with several sculptures throughout. This area is kept at a constant -3 in order for the sculptures to stay frozen so again it was freezing in this part of the exhibition!
Outside it got to -10 and we only stayed out for about 10 minutes! We even had sleet at one stage so it was good fun...
We had a 3 course lunch and after more shopping in the gift shop it ...

... the mighty falls on this visit possibly because there has been less snow & ice melt. These falls are also fed from a glacier. Still viewing these falls from within the water hewn out cavern and hearing the roar of the water is quite an experience.
Lauterbrunnen is much lower down the alps than Grindelwald. It appeared that this valley had not had the snow fall that we had experienced in Grindelwald. It was also warmer and there were more spring wild ...
