Great Adventure among a Great Adventure
We just emerged from a two day hike into the wilderness. We drove through Glacier National Park on Sunday. Going to the Sun Road is the name of the drive through the park, an epic feat of engineering and the epitome of what lengths the park service went to at one time to create scenic vistas for car visitors (a new concept in the 30s and 40s).
