... s those crazy Irish guys". It turned out to be this girl we met on the side of the road in Caye Caulker for all of 5 mins so I have no idea how we got the 'crazy Irish' label. We couldn't get a word in edge ways with this one and she kept telling us that we just had to try this 'killer ceviche' that she was eating. ... parts about the tour also was a little cafe that the instructor took us too in the rainforest, it was so lovely and cosy and the food was fantastic, a lot of different cousines also. This tour would be great for a group of school kids as it is informative and they would learn a lot, also speak good english so the kids could ask questions and the food was fabulous. After we jumped back on the bus and headed back too the hotel.

... rays, sea turtles ad much more. The beach indeed was beautiful but the crew turned out to be cowboys and we saw nothing on our snorkeling tour, not even many fish! When I told our guide I did not want to go back to shore until we saw what we paid for he just laughed it off so after a lot of complaining we got our money back for that portion of our excursion but we still felt our afternoon had been a waste of time.
