Saturday morning and it was time to say goodbye to Edinburgh. We are all going in different directions for a while - Ryan back home via Dom and Bex, Mandy and Charlie off to the East Coast, Lidka and Leicester will stay around this area for a while to catch up with friends, and we head off down the west side to take in the sights and to say a final goodbye-for-now to family. ... saw a street march on the other side of the square so we made a beeline to watch this. Still not sure what it was all about but there were many marchers and about four marching bands. I asked a security person later in the day but he was unaware of the mach but thought it may have been something religious like Orange day. One thing obvious was that everyone was very solemn and all looked right at some point as they passed the square. It entertained us ...
