    We have just finished a lovely week hear in the south of Scotland. Nearly castled out of course but that's how it goes.
    There is no Brunston castle ha ha, maybe there was once but it isn't here now, just a golf course.
    we did spend nearly a day at Culzean castle, fully restored it is aazing. Views over the ocean also. We seen museums about the rural life and local farm.
    we did spend a day in Glasgow looking up addresses of Ash's ...

    ... castle we went on a double decker bus and toured around the island. We were sitting on the top level of the bus and nearly got our heads ripped off by the bushes, but it was lots of fun. We played a game of putt putt while mum had a coffee while we were waiting for the next ferry. Today the weather has been very sunny, but we still need to wear jackets and beanies because the wind is cold especially on a bus with no roof. Well that's our day for today. ...

    ... out that they just don't like women. Dogs are a huge hit with the scots, they are allowed everywhere. Ian and I decided to go to a local traditional pub for a pint this afternoon and low and behold there was a dog, right there in the mix of it all....weird. Dogs are apart of the human race here. At the moment it is 9:30 at night and still there is daylight. This too is weird. Well it is time for bed laddy, we are a wee bit tired aye!!! ...

Treacle has almost had a nervous breakdown because there were more squirrels than she could chase and she was desperate to follow them up the pine trees, but sadly her legs are not made for that sort of activity.     ... s Mum had made a yummy roast pork dinner with veges, The pork was cooked to perfection and just fell apart. Then she had a rice meringue pudding with apple sauce which was really yummy. Then we had a cup of tea, a few laughs and off home. They were really lovely and we hope to see them when we are in NZ as they are over for the month of November. I was not feeling flash by this point so it was off to bed for me. Fantastic day and the weather was amazing which made it all the move ...
