... helemaal anders dan de vorige keer, zijn er nieuwe gewoontes en is de sfeer verschillend. Maar deze keer merkte ik dat het niet zozeer de omstandigheden waren, maar eerder iets in mezelf dat veranderd was. Ik ben niet meer zo hard op zoek naar entertainment, activiteiten om te doen, sociale contacten,... Ik vind het juist fijn dat het nu rustig is, dat ik veel alleen kan zijn en tijd voor mezelf heb. ... yes i know!!!!) feeding the various animals (ducks, hens, rabbits) and they also have 2 cats and a dog who Michael has eventually got used to!!! The couple also have 5 horses which they tend to on a daily basis and Sarah runs a shop next door selling organic produce.

what have i learnt so far? that you can be self sufficient and live without Asda / Tesco / Sainsburys. ( although i probably couldn't!) The nearest supermarket (Bourbonne) is 40 kms away and there is no local ...
