      ... anyone else do it, so it felt like I was the first one to do it! I got up the courage, with the help of one of the guys, Sam, who let me use him for balance as I climbed over the railing, then I took the plunge off the edge!       ... the water is crystal clear - we have our own private beach in front - pebbles of course - Tom is well set up he has reef shoes.

Luck had it that there was a scooter hire just up the road, so our best bet was to jump on the scooter, head to the other end of the island and explore as much as we could before we had to scooter back before our ferry returned to pick us up.       ... passing through the new town which has lots of industry, not all that cute. Good Roman aqueduct near the road, some expressway, some suburban roads. Detour through very ordinary seaside village and dropped at airport before 6am. Kill time till nearly 8am when our flight opens. No hassles at check-in.
