... the very crazy theatre museum of Dali! You leave there with a whirlwind of images from his I would think his own world, a dream place he called it. He was a weird man! From paintings to sculptures to very exquisite jewellery pieces, the man was definitely not short of ...

... the following day instead of heading into Barcelona again with Emma. And it was fabulous. I had a beach day with Henry and Nicky. The water was amazing and the sun was lovely. When I arrived at the beach I wasn't quite sure where to look, there were boobies everywhere. NZ I found is quite conservative, do we even have nudists beaches? Here they don't even care, all ages, shapes n sizes all out for a fun time lol. ...

... with tiny narrow streets which twist and turn with steep stairs up the hillside. Some of it is ruined and it is refreshingly unrestored although many hotels including ours are located there. We had lunch over the river in the main square which was very pleasant watching the children run around and play with their parents.

We tumbled into bed happy and Katie fell asleep quickly. Very tired.

... the brightly painted waterfront houses that adorn so many postcards. We had salad for lunch in the square a drank beer which we needed as it is very hot here.

We returned to the hotel for a while and used wifi and cooled down a bit.

In the late afternoon we decided to walk around the city walls climbing up towards the Cathedral and into a little garden before going up lots of stairs onto the city walls. The views are lovely and it is a very pleasant ...
