Today was awesome. The perfect 40-mile, mostly downhill recovery spin through a national park, sprinkled with swim holes, creeks, and bridge jumping/rope swings en route. I joined Taylor, Jamie, Annie, and Alicia for this beautiful day and we cruised the first 20 miles, stopping briefly for some sunrise yoga with the the Great Smokey Mountains as our "studio."
