It was originally owned by the Rockafeller Family and they donated it to the US Government on the provision that 75% would remain as National Park. When you visit you can see the wisdom of making that stipulation.

Anyway that's all for now. Hope you're all well and happy.

Mid-afternoon, the rain let up and we got off the ship again and wandered around the shops closer to the ship. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony as the ship sailed away and we prepared to go for ...

One mother who didn’t speak English wanted me to meet her daughter for dinner all googley eyed. That or it was a hooker and old pimpstress! LOL!

Amb and I have been there already but it is one of those things that can be done over and over again. I would even go back again!! We go for lunch at Cooper ...

... not so sparing time we were allotted on this island we had to scrap that idea for something new. The new overall plan was to see as much of St. Thomas as we could. Upon exiting the ship and leaving the dock area you'll find plazas of shops, restaurants, and even our beloved Senor Frogs. But that's just the port shops! Our cruise had a specific director of shopping who would tell us all the best places to visit, he also let us in on the fact that the little portside shops ...
