      ... Making our way back via waterbus, we ventured out to tea sampling the local seafood, yummy! Then a Gondolier ride as the sun was going down to finish off was nice and quiet. These guys charge like wounded bulls, but their licence fees are astronomical! Back to the hotel after a further wander and off to bed! Last train trip tomorrow to Milan, the last stop in Europe before we start on our way home. Until ...

    Cristian met us on the platform as arranged when our train arrived in Milano Centrale. He helped us with our luggage. We must have been a sight! Walking in single file each of us rolling a red Samsonite suitcase. People may have thought a commercial was being shot. LOL. He drove a very comfortable black Mercedes station wagon. Certainly needed the wagon for the suitcases.
