... played at the park, and instead of hiking, we had ice cream. That's the way we roll! Another fun part to the day was when I discovered that I had left my wallet at the top of the mountain. Luckily, someone found it and it arrived on the next train, Doug and the kids headed back and Jacob and I waited for the train. It was an interesting last day. Tomorrow we head ...

After months of waiting and planning I've finally arrived for my season working for Top Deck, a tour company that provides trips for 18 to thirty something’s. My first port of call is the tiny town of Lauterbrunnen in the Swiss Alps that for somewhere so small has a huge amount going on. I’ll have plenty of time to see all the sights however as I’ll be living and working ...

... shops open, the swatch shop which sold Swiss Army knives (I bought 3 for Jason, Sean and Dad) and a little souvenir shop, which I got some postcards, an apron and a t-shirt. Then it was the waiting game till our skydive. Surprisingly I wasn't nervous or scared, just really really excited!! We got seven down the road to the helipad where we were put into jumpsuits and taken through how it all works. Unfortunately they could only take ...
